Forming Services at the Highest Quality Level
No two custom metal fabrication jobs are the same. In fact, many projects we see every day require complex bending, forming, hemming, braking, punching, etc. And that’s where our press brakes can be extremely valuable. Having at least one automated press brake in your manufacturing facility is the standard in today’s fabrication world, as they are relied on to bend sheet metal to create formed parts such as brackets, channels, structural forms, and custom projects. Because each metal type and thickness demands a unique approach, we can program the exact placement, bend angle, and brake force required to form whatever metal you desire.
EXP Fabrication utilizes two press brakes at its Justin facility. We have one 200-ton brake that can form up to 8 feet. The other is a 250-ton break that can do 12 feet. And the benefits of each are practically limitless:
- Reduced metal waste
- A wide window of capabilities
- Easy prototype forming
- Automation for increased productivity
