Robot #2 at EXP Fabrication is a Panasonic PerformArc with a dual-sided A and B welding cell that efficiently rotates the fixtured parts into the robot for welding. This gives us the ability to load one zone while the other zone is still welding — all with zero downtime. This particular welding cell can be configured to meet your specific welding requirements and needs, allowing us to get started with production quickly while at the same time increasing production capacity. It can also be used in combination with our other fabrication robots and machining equipment to take a project from concept to completion in no time at all.
