Job Summary:
A Fuel Tank Polish & Plumbing operator will be working with a team to load, polish, protect and plumb fuel tanks as they are loaded into the building.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify tanks that require polishing, remove them from the racks and load them into the polish lineup.
- Ensure that labels and identifying paperwork stay with their respective tanks.
- Apply protective wrap to polished tanks and load them back into their home position.
- Install fuel tank fittings and accessories according to the supplied build sheet.
- Inspect tanks and plumbing for any defects.
- Help the team perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Informs supervisors of supplies needed for polishing, plumbing, cleaning and maintenance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential quality issues are not overlooked.
- Ability to read and install parts according to supplied diagrams.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be physically able bend down to pick up objects.
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.

Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for performing corrective and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment to keep the company operations and assets running efficiently. Fabrication machinery, electrical, pneumatics, plumbing, robotics, vehicles, forklifts, asset inventory, and other building systems and equipment are areas underneath the maintenance technician’s care. The role requires excellent organization and task prioritization, to ensure equipment failures are not preventing personnel from completing their duties.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Diagnose equipment failures.
- Inspects equipment and identify required repairs.
- Create PM schedules for equipment.
- Identify and apply preventative measures to reduce future issues.
- Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
- Maintain shop vehicles including forklifts and trucks.
- Informs supervisors of supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Respond to urgent equipment failures in a timely manner.
- Make improvements to systems and processes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to problem solve complex issues and create a solution with available resources.
- Breadth of knowledge regarding manufacturing equipment including some robotics.
- Desire to learn.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent understanding of common industry equipment (air cylinders, relays, solenoids, etc.)
- 5+ years in maintenance or a related role
- CMMS software
- Siemens PLC (programming or installing)
- TIA Portal (preferred)
- VFD (programming or installing)
- Familiar with Fanuc and or Panasonic robots
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.
