Robotic Welding Technology Simply Gets the Job Done
Robot #1 at EXP Fabrication is our go-to welder for parts that need to be tilted or rotated as they are being welded. For example, let’s say that your company needs two three-foot ferring tubes that must be seamlessly welded into one six-foot-long tube. Our experienced welders will load the two tubes onto the robot and let it do its thing. This robot is perfect for bulk orders that must be completed efficiently and accurately. It can also be used in combination with our other fabrication robots and machining equipment to take a project from concept to completion in no time at all.
One robotic welding cell has the potential to complete the work of four human welders in a fraction of the time. Integrating three robotic welding cells into our fabrication and welding services has allowed us to take on extremely large production jobs that most facilities don’t have the resources to do on their own.
