Robot #3 at EXP Fabrication features a versatile 60-foot track with several manual rotating stalls and welding positioners to accomplish large custom welding projects such as returnable rack bases with expert precision and efficiency. All weld stalls are overseen by one of our expert welders. This robot is perfect for bulk orders and can also be used in combination with our other fabrication robots and machining equipment to take a project from concept to completion in no time at all.
One robotic welding cell has the potential to complete the work of four human welders in a fraction of the time. Integrating three robotic welding cells into our fabrication and welding services has allowed us to take on extremely large production jobs that most facilities don’t have the resources to do on their own.
